# Payment icon sources and usage

The payment badges identify accepted coins, tokens and networks using their brand artwork. Wholly Crypto does not own these third-party marks, grant a trademark sublicense, or claim endorsement. Follow the relevant owner's brand guidelines; only advertise methods your store actually accepts.

Original shapes and colors are retained. Artwork is scaled proportionally, CSS styling is resolved locally, and source typography is outlined where needed. Base uses the current square. Empty Chainlink and OP token preview-canvas space is omitted; the marks themselves are unchanged. MakerDAO's Dai-UI monochrome glyph is converted from JSX attributes without executing source code. Lightning uses a community Bitcoin Design pictogram: there is no single official Lightning brand owner.

Sources were reviewed on 2026-09-14. PAYMENT-ICON-SOURCES.json pins the source bytes by SHA-256. The source URLs below are also included there; no icon requests are made when a badge is displayed.

The Bitcoin Design Lightning icon uses the MIT license. The Bitcoin symbol is public domain. The Dai-UI glyph uses Apache-2.0, and Dogecoin Core artwork uses MIT. These applicable notices are reproduced in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt; trademarks remain separate. Brand-kit downloads for the other marks carry their respective owner guidelines, not a blanket open-source artwork license.
