Install and activate the plugin, then open its settings for your subshop or sales channel.
Enable Wholly Crypto in your shop's payment methods. For Shopware 6, also assign it to the sales channel.
Connect a store
Enter your API and checkout origins, Project/Store API UUIDs, a project-restricted read/write API credential and the store IPN signing secret. Enable IPN in Wholly; the plugin supplies the callback URL.
Also enter your public HTTPS shop URL, including any language or installation subdirectory.
Allow IPN callbacks through your firewall without CAPTCHA or browser login. Test a payment on your staging shop before going live.
Wallet keys stay in Wholly Crypto. The plugin adds no percentage fee; your processing-credit policy still applies.
Check the payment flow
Unconfirmed or partial payments stay pending. A matching, settled payment updates the order once. Overpaid, late, invalid or changed orders require review. Browser returns never confirm payment.
Find invoice details in the order's internal comment in Shopware 5, or in its Wholly Crypto custom fields in Shopware 6.
Recover missed updates
Run this command from your shop directory to check saved invoices without creating duplicates. You can schedule it every five minutes.
php bin/console whollycrypto:reconcile --limit=50Limits & delivery problems
No automated refunds, recurring debits, split-order payments or embedded checkout.
Low credits can pause IPN while customers can still pay. Restore credits and resend failed notifications from Wholly's delivery history.
