Litecoin

Accept Litecoin in your store.

Let customers pay with native Litecoin while you manage invoices and confirmations on your own server. Use a shop plugin, payment link or the merchant API.

What you can receive

Use ordinary transparent LTC transfers to the new invoice address. MWEB private transfers are not covered by the invoice scanner. Allow for network fees when sending.

Set up your store

  1. Install Wholly Crypto, create a project and store, and keep a private wallet backup.
  2. Check scanner-compatible connections and enable the chain and intended assets in Store → Payment methods.
  3. Set confirmations and expiry. Test a small invoice and verify settlement before fulfilling orders.

Where your payments arrive

A new transparent address identifies each invoice. Keep the complete backup and derivation details: an external wallet may need to scan beyond its initial address gap to find every paid invoice.

Move funds when you are ready

Sweeps combine spendable outputs into a destination you choose. Fees are paid in LTC, and many small outputs can make a transfer more expensive. Set a sensible minimum and review the fee before sending.

Are private MWEB transfers supported?

No. Wholly Crypto scans ordinary transparent LTC payments, not MWEB private transfers. Ask customers to use the invoice address and wait for the configured confirmation policy before fulfilling an order.

Fees and verification

The default processing fee is 1% of the invoice’s fiat value, paid from separate credits. Your assigned rate applies. Network fees and server costs are separate.

Public providers can have outages or rate limits. A submitted transaction or return redirect is not proof of payment. Use the verified invoice status and signed notifications.
