USDT PAYMENTS
Accept USDT on your own checkout.
Let customers pay with Tether while you manage invoices, wallets and payment updates on your own server.
Choose the network, not just the ticker
USDT exists on different networks. Start with verified USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) or Solana (classic SPL). Wholly Crypto supports token receiving on supported EVM chains and Solana; only ready methods enabled in your store appear at checkout.
A matching name or USDT symbol is not enough. Check the exact contract or mint and network against the issuer’s supported protocols. Do not assume TRON native-coin support also means TRC-20 USDT checkout.
Add USDT to your store
- Install, activate billing, then create a project and a store.
- Back up the project wallets and check the node connections for your chosen network.
- Open Store → Payment methods, choose the chain and search for USDT in the token catalog. Verify the contract before enabling it.
- Set invoice currency, expiry and confirmations. Test a small payment using that exact token and network.
You can also add a supported custom contract, with fixed USD or supported DEX pricing. A catalog entry is not a token security audit.
Price in fiat, receive USDT
Create a USD, EUR or other supported fiat invoice. Wholly Crypto quotes the token amount using the available rate and your configured spread, rounding upward. The checkout shows the remaining amount if a customer underpays.
USDT aims to track the US dollar, but prices can differ. A €49 invoice does not mean 49 USDT. Quotes are not a promise of redemption, liquidity or a bank payout.
Leave room for network fees
Sending or sweeping tokens needs the network’s native asset for fees, such as ETH on Ethereum or SOL on Solana. Token balances alone do not cover gas. Keep a suitable gas balance and review transfer fees before sending.
The default 1% processing charge comes from separate prepaid credits, based on the invoice’s original fiat amount. Your token payment is not split with Wholly Crypto. Pricing and low-credit restrictions.
Connect your shop
Create invoices manually or with the merchant API. Verify signed payment notifications before fulfilling orders. Also explore USDC payments or Bitcoin checkout.
