Where payments arrive
Wholly Crypto reuses one funded Stellar account and assigns each invoice a numeric MEMO_ID. Keep both the address and exact memo. The memo identifies the invoice; it does not create another wallet.
Back up & recover
- Back up this wallet’s recovery phrase and exported Stellar secret key. The primary derivation is SEP-0005, m/44'/148'/0'.
- Use a Stellar wallet supporting that derivation or the exported secret-key format. Compare its G-address with the saved address. A public G-address cannot authorize spending.
Keep secrets offline. Do not upload your backup or paste recovery words into a web tool. Verify a recovered public address first. A wallet seed does not restore your invoice database.
A practical way to manage funds
Use a compatible external Stellar wallet. Leave enough XLM for fees and the account’s minimum balance, including any extra reserve requirements. Include the receiving service’s memo when it asks for one.
Built-in Stellar sending is not available. Accept only assets that Payment methods actually marks as supported; Stellar network support alone does not enable every issued asset.
Check in Wholly Crypto
Open Project → Wallets → Addresses. Search by address, invoice ID, order ID, memo/tag or index. Balances are cached, so review a fresh transfer quote before sending.
