In your merchant console

Open Project → Wallets → Addresses for receiving addresses, invoice references, cached balances and derivation indexes. Shared-account balances belong to the whole account, not one invoice.

Sending support is separate from receiving support. Sweep only offers supported transfers. Optional exchange deposits enter the exchange’s custody; Lightning custody depends on your connected wallet.
