গোপনীয়তা নীতি

১. তোমার তথ্য কে সামলায়

এই নীতি Wholly Crypto product website, software distribution আর processing-credit service-এর জন্য এবং self-hosted merchant installation-এর সংরক্ষিত data বোঝায়। Privacy প্রশ্ন/অনুরোধে ব্যবহার করো আমাদের যোগাযোগ ফর্ম অথবা merchant account-এর সঙ্গে দেওয়া support channel।

প্রতিটি merchant নিজে checkout চালায় আর customer record নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। আমাদের software ব্যবহার করলে সব customer-data দায়িত্ব আমাদের হয় না। Order, refund বা তথ্য ব্যবহারের বিষয়ে merchant-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করো। Host, network/অন্য provider-এর নিজস্ব দায়িত্ব/নীতি থাকতে পারে।

২. মার্চেন্ট সার্ভারে

Application console account/password hash, optional encrypted authenticator secret আর hashed one-use recovery code, session, permission, store/project setting, invoice, public address, payment observation, callback delivery history, audit record আর optional customer info রাখে। Form/integration-এ দিলে customer field-এ email, name, address, company আর VAT ID থাকতে পারে।

Generated wallet secret/encryption key merchant infrastructure-এ থাকে। Plaintext wallet export-এ অত্যন্ত সংবেদনশীল recovery material থাকে। Merchant access, backup, retention/deletion নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। Password hashing/wallet encryption আক্রান্ত server-কে নিরাপদ করে না।

Console authentication session cookie আর theme/language-এর মতো preference-এ local browser storage নেয়। Customer checkout শেষ chosen chain/asset local storage-এ রাখে, পরে available method আগে বাছতে। এতে invoice ID, payment address, amount বা customer detail থাকে না। Site-এর browser data clear করলে এটি মুছে। আগে শেষ না করলে session সাত দিন পরে expire। Initial administrator setup legal version, acknowledgement time/language local-এ রাখে। এই notice পড়া marketing বা unrelated tracking-এর সার্বিক সম্মতি নয়।

৩. প্রসেসিং-ক্রেডিট তথ্য

Credit service installation identifier/credential fingerprint, দেখা public server IP, reported hostname/service domain, app version, OS, architecture আর connection time পায়। IP database থেকে আনুমানিক country নির্ধারিত হতে পারে। Reported metadata ভুল হতে পারে; fingerprint installation credential চিহ্নিত করে, অপরিবর্তনীয় hardware নয়।

এটি opaque invoice ID, original fiat amount/currency, authorization, settlement/reversal info, fee, credit purchase, payment reference, balance/audit history পায়। Billing, reconciliation, support, security/fraud prevention-এ এগুলো লাগে। Credit purchase independent blockchain provider দিয়ে verify হয়। One-time welcome grant activated installation-এর অধীনে রেকর্ড হয়।

Optional merchant billing detail-এ name, billing email, company, VAT/tax ID, postal address/country। Fee/top-up record snapshot রাখে। Top-up-এ প্রথম দেওয়া detail default-ও হয়; পরে per-payment edit existing default বদলায় না। আগের payment না লিখে Settings → Fees-এ default বদলানো যায়।

সাধারণ billing message পাঠায় না merchant wallet seed/private key, customer name/address/email, arbitrary order metadata বা IPN/webhook signing secret। Merchant billing detail customer data থেকে আলাদা। Support-এ স্বেচ্ছায় পাঠানো তথ্য আলাদাভাবে সামলানো হয়। Password, key/recovery phrase পাঠিয়ো না।

৪. ওয়েবসাইট ও পরিষেবাদাতা

Product site advertising tracker বা analytics script যোগ করে না। Cookie bar এই browser-এ Accept/Reject choice সর্বোচ্চ ১৮০ দিন রাখে; দুটোতেই optional tracking বন্ধ। প্রয়োজনীয় security protection থাকে। Cookie পছন্দ বদলাও, অথবা browser storage clear করো। Website/download server delivery, troubleshooting/security-এর জন্য IP, path, timestamp, response status আর browser/client info log করতে পারে। Preview access-এ HTTP Basic Authentication থাকতে পারে।

Contact form উত্তর দেওয়ার জন্য name, email, subject/message নেয়। Email-এ connection IP, contact-page language/hostname, browser language preference, reported browser/OS/device category, পাওয়া গেলে browser timezone, UTC receipt time আর random message reference থাকে। Browser detail ভুল হতে পারে, computer hostname জানায় না। Technical প্রশ্নের উত্তর আর spam বোঝার জন্য এই context নিই; স্থায়ী device fingerprint বানাই না বা exact location চাই না। Email-এ authentication cookie, password, Turnstile token বা unrelated request header থাকে না। Team-কে email পাঠায়; website আলাদা message database রাখে না। Correspondence, troubleshooting আর applicable retention duty-তে email copy/delivery log থাকতে পারে। Password, private key/recovery phrase পাঠিয়ো না। Cloudflare Turnstile abuse-এর জন্য submission check করে। Browser Cloudflare-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে; message গ্রহণের আগে server single-use verification token আর তোমার IP তার verification service-এ পাঠায়। Local abuse-control counter IP-এর keyed hash নেয়, দুই ঘণ্টার মধ্যে expire, message text রাখে না। Cloudflare product site proxy/protect করে এবং enabled feature অনুযায়ী security cookie রাখতে পারে। দেখো তার গোপনীয়তা নীতি এবং Cookie সম্পর্কিত তথ্য। Hosting/email provider infrastructure আর correspondence চালাতে দরকারি তথ্য process করে।

Configured blockchain node payment খোঁজা, balance check আর approved transfer broadcast-এর query পায়। এতে public address, transaction আর server IP প্রকাশ হতে পারে। Rate/token provider market-data query পায়। Product-site token snapshot/icon browser দিয়ে provider থেকে না এনে local-এ দেয়।

Blockchain record public, অনির্দিষ্টকাল copy করা যায় এবং সাধারণত Wholly Crypto মুছতে/সংশোধন করতে পারে না। Address সব সময় anonymous নয়। অন্য website-এর নিজস্ব নীতি।

৫. উদ্দেশ্য, আইনি ভিত্তি ও তথ্য ভাগ করা

Download/account functionality দেওয়া, credit/fee পরিচালনা, payment মিলানো, support-এর উত্তর, abuse ঠেকানো, infrastructure সুরক্ষা আর আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণে service info নিই। Applicable law আইনি ভিত্তি চাইলে পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী contract পালন, ব্যক্তির অধিকারের সঙ্গে ভারসাম্য রেখে secure operation/fraud prevention-এর legitimate interest আর legal obligation পালন ভিত্তি হিসেবে নিই। Consent-প্রয়োজন optional processing-এ আলাদাভাবে সম্মতি নিতে হবে।

এই site দিয়ে personal info বিক্রি বা advertising profile তৈরি করি না। এই উদ্দেশ্যে দরকার এমন ব্যক্তি/provider-এই access সীমিত। আইন চাইলে, আইনি অধিকার রক্ষা, abuse তদন্ত বা উপযুক্ত protection/notice-সহ lawful business transfer-এ relevant info দেওয়া হতে পারে। Private billing/account record product website-এ প্রকাশ হয় না।

Provider তোমার দেশের বাইরে তথ্য process করতে পারে। Applicable law চাইলে যথাযথ international-transfer mechanism/safeguard লাগবে। তোমার তথ্যের প্রাসঙ্গিক safeguard জানতে যোগাযোগ করো। এই নীতি সব public blockchain participant-এর ওপর নিয়ন্ত্রণ দাবি করে না।

৬. সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা

Account চালানো, payment মিলানো, incident তদন্ত, dispute সমাধান আর প্রযোজ্য accounting/legal duty-তে যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে যতদিন লাগে service record রাখা হয়। Account বন্ধের পরও financial ledger আর প্রয়োজনীয় audit evidence থাকতে পারে। Record, applicable law আর unresolved issue অনুযায়ী retention; implemented না থাকলে automatic deletion deadline-এর প্রতিশ্রুতি নেই।

Merchant নিজের server-এর retention ঠিক করে, customer info কম রাখা উচিত। Local deletion credit-service record, independent backup, provider log/blockchain history মুছে না। Financial correction history overwrite না করে নতুন entry চাইতে পারে।

Access control, encrypted transport, signed billing message আর separate credential তথ্য রক্ষায় সাহায্য করে, পূর্ণ নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত নয়। Operator-কে backup সুরক্ষিত রাখতে এবং আইন অনুযায়ী notification-সহ incident সামলাতে হবে।

৭. তোমার পছন্দ ও অধিকার

Transaction বা আইনি শর্তে দরকার না হলে billing detail optional। Authentication, billing/security-এর অপরিহার্য তথ্য service ব্যবহারে লাগে। আগের payment snapshot না বদলে console-এ preference/billing default edit করা যায়।

Applicable law অনুযায়ী access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent প্রত্যাহার আর competent data-protection authority-তে complaint-এর অধিকার থাকতে পারে। Account খুঁজতে যথেষ্ট তথ্য দিয়ে merchant account-এর support channel-এ অনুরোধ করো, password/key ছাড়া। Identity verification লাগতে পারে। Legal retention duty আর অন্যের অধিকার অনুরোধ সীমিত করতে পারে। Merchant customer record-এর অনুরোধ সেই merchant-কে দাও।

এই business service শিশুদের জন্য নয়। নীতির গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন প্রয়োজনমতো website/application-এ জানানো হবে। আগের acknowledgement নতুন unrelated purpose-এর সম্মতি নয়।
